Compliance with the Internal Regulations of the Omigna Residence is mandatory as part of the Seasonal Rental Contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit, or the establishment may be required to ask the Guest to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if a payment has already been made.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) All Guests (and all Visitors) must comply with the House Rules and any other instructions provided by the establishment's management, and
b) Hosts must inform the managers of any incidents or complaints from the neighborhood as soon as possible.
2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
a) The Omigna Residence and its accommodation are suitable for children under 12 years old. Hosts are fully and in all circumstances responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood;
b) Hosts and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents of neighboring accommodations, especially during the night (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.), as well as during arrival and departure;
c) Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of fees incurred, and deductions from the security deposit;
d) Guests are encouraged to lift patio chairs instead of sliding them, to limit noise pollution for the neighborhood. ;
e) Hosts and any Visitors must not engage in any antisocial behavior. They are asked to respect the other residents of the Omigna Residence during their stay.
3. VISITORS

a) Hosts are allowed to invite a maximum of 2 Visitors at any time during their stay but only during the day. ;
b) Hosts are responsible for ensuring that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the House Rules. ;
c) Hosts are strictly prohibited from inviting Visitors to spend the night in the rented accommodation.
4. PARTY AND EVENT
a) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering in the Omigna Residence. ;
b) Any gathering in small groups must be carried out in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of Visitors authorized.
5. PARKING
a) Hosts and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations and the other conditions listed below, and are asked to be considerate of neighbors and other vehicles;
b) Parking at the Omigna Residence is as follows:
One parking space is provided per dwelling. Park as close as possible to your dwelling and always respect the parking space. Always show courtesy and respect to other users and vehicles. Avoid parking in spaces equipped with charging stations, unless charging.
c) Guests must clean their cars outside the Residence.
We understand that vehicles, often rented, can quickly get dirty, especially with sand brought in from the beaches or after rains loaded with fine particles. It is therefore recommended to go to service stations or specialized centers, which have suitable facilities for cleaning cars.
6. WASTE AND SELECTIVE SORTING
a) Guests and their Visitors are required to dispose of their rubbish and recycling in the bins provided for this purpose outside the Residence and in accordance with the provisions of the municipality. Rubbish must under no circumstances be left in a public area or in the common areas; and

7. SECURITY
a) Whenever Guests leave their accommodation, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain; and

It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning running when the Hosts are absent from their accommodation. ;

d) Guests should be extremely careful with candles, mosquito repellents, hot pots, and any other objects that may generate heat. In addition to the significant risk of fire—particularly high in our region—placing these objects directly on surfaces, such as outdoor tables, can cause irreversible damage. In this case, a fee will be withheld from the deposit to cover the replacement of the damaged item.
8. POOL
a) Only Guests staying at the Omigna Residence may have access to the outdoor pool during their stay. ;
b) Parasols must be closed after each use ;
c) All personal belongings and beach towels must be removed so that all Residents can enjoy the freedom to choose their own seating.
