DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

Before your departure

We will contact you to find out your schedule and organize your checkout.
As a reminder, the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest.

End-of-stay cleaning is included so that you can fully enjoy your stay until the last minute.

We thank you for leaving the apartment in a reasonable condition. If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, a flat rate may be applied and deducted from your deposit, based on the assessment of our cleaning team.

Balance to be paid

Once you have removed your personal belongings from the apartment, please go down to reception to make your final payments and return the key(s) to us.

Pre-closing check

Before locking up your apartment, our reception team will carry out a brief check to ensure that no personal belongings have been left behind.

In the event of damage noted up to 48 hours after your departure, the amount may be deducted from your deposit, which will be returned within this period after inspection and cleaning.
